English translation
A creditor, even if he does not hold an enforceable instrument, may attach the proceeds of the sale in the hands of the enforcement officer in accordance with the rules governing attachment of the debtor’s property held by third parties, without needing to seek a judgment validating the attachment.

للدائن ولو لم يكن بيده سند تنفيذ ان يحجز تحت يد مأمور التنفيذ على الثمن
