English translation
On the day appointed for the sale, the sales judge shall conduct the auction, and it may not commence until it has been verified that the judgment pursuant to which enforcement is being carried out has become final. Bidding at the sale session shall commence with a call by the person designated by the Enforcement Department. If no purchaser comes forward at the sale session, the judge shall order the postponement of the sale with a reduction in the reserve price by a percentage not exceeding one-tenth, time after time whenever circumstances so require. However, if one or more purchasers come forward at the sale session, the judge shall immediately approve the highest bid at the session, and a bid that is not exceeded within five minutes shall be deemed to conclude the auction.

يتولى قاضي البيوع في اليوم المعين للبيع اجراء المزايدة، ولا يجوز البدء في اجرائها
الا بعد التحقق من صيرورة الحكم المنفذ بمقتضاه نهائيا .
وتبدأ المزايدة في جلسة البيع بمناداة من تندبه ادارة التنفيذ، فاذا لم يتقــدم مـشـتر في
جلسة البيع يحكم القاضي بتأجيل البيع مع نقص نسبة من الثمن الاساسي لا
تزيد على العشر مرة بعد مرة كلما اقتضت الحال ذلك، أما إذا تقدم مشتر او أكثر في
جلسة البيع فيعتمد القاضي في الجلسة فورا أكبر عطاء ويعتبر العطاء الذي لا يزاد
