Article 289 of Code of Civil Procedure

In the case of enforcement by delivery of movable or immovable property, the enforcement officer shall proceed to the place where the thing is located to deliver it to the applicant. He shall specify in his report the things to be delivered, the enforceable instrument and the date of its service. If delivery concerns immovable property occupied by a precarious possessor, the enforcement officer shall instruct him to acknowledge the new possessor. If the things to be delivered are under attachment, the enforcement officer may not deliver them to the applicant and shall notify the attaching creditor. The Director of the Enforcement Department shall issue the orders necessary to preserve the rights of the interested parties at the request of an interested party or the enforcement officer.
