Article 286 of Code of Civil Procedure

If an amicable settlement is not possible because some interested parties object, the Director of the Enforcement Department shall order their objections to be recorded in the hearing minutes. No new objections may be raised after that hearing. The objector shall bring his action before the Court of First Instance within ten days from the date his objection is recorded in the aforementioned minutes, joining all interested parties therein. The judgment rendered therein shall be final, and the Registry shall send a copy of that judgment to the Enforcement Department immediately upon its issuance.
