English translation
If the proceeds of enforcement are sufficient to satisfy all the claims of the attaching creditors and those deemed parties to the proceedings, the person holding these sums shall pay each creditor his debt after presentation of his enforceable instrument or after the debtor's consent. If any of them does not hold an enforceable instrument, and the action to establish the right and the validity of the attachment remains pending, and the debtor does not consent to payment to him, a sum corresponding to the debt for which the attachment was made shall be allocated to that creditor and kept in the treasury of the Enforcement Department for his account pending final determination of the action.

إذا كانت حصيلة التنفيذ كافية للوفاء بجميع حقوق الدائنين الحاجزين ومن اعتبر
طرفا في الاجراءات، وجب على من تكون لديه هذه المبالغ ان يؤدي لكل من
الدائنين دينه بعد تقديم سنده التنفيذي، او بعد موافقة المدين.
فإذا لم يكن بيد أحدهم سند تنفيذي وكانت دعوى ثبوت الحق وصحة الحجز
مازالت منظورة ولم يوافق المدين على الصرف له، خصص لهذا الدائن مبلغ يقابل
الدين المحجوز من اجله ويحفظ في خزانة ادارة التنفيذ لحسابه على ذمة الفصل في
