Article 282 of Code of Civil Procedure

Once money held by the debtor has been attached, or the attached property has been sold, or ten days have elapsed from the date of the declaration of indebtedness in an attachment of the debtor's property held by a third party, the attaching creditors and those deemed parties to the proceedings shall be exclusively entitled to the proceeds of enforcement without any further procedure, even if the proceeds are insufficient to satisfy their rights in full. The exclusive entitlement of these persons to the proceeds of enforcement shall not prevent other creditors of the debtor from attaching such proceeds, to the extent that they exceed the amount exclusively allocated to the former.
