English translation
If the ownership claim concerns only part of the attached immovable properties, the sale shall not be stayed with respect to the remainder. Nevertheless, the judge of sales may order—upon the application of an interested party—a stay of the sale with respect to all the properties if compelling reasons so require.

إذا لم تتناول دعوى الاستحقاق الا جزءا من العقارات المحجوزة فلا يوقف البيع
بالنسبة لباقيها.
ومع ذلك يجوز لقاضي البيوع ان يأمر - بناء على طلب ذي الشأن - وقف البيع
بالنسبة الى كل الاعيان إذا دعت الى ذلك اسباب قوية.Ask about this article
