English translation
The judgment awarding the auction may not be appealed except on account of a defect in the bidding procedures or in the form of the judgment, or because it was issued without staying proceedings in a case where a stay is legally mandatory. The appeal shall be lodged in the usual manner within seven days of pronouncement of the judgment.

لا يجوز استئناف حكم مرسى المزاد الا لعيب في اجراءات المزايدة او في شكل الحكم
او لصدوره دون وقف الاجراءات في حالة يكون وقفها واجبا قانونا.
