Article 287 of Code of Civil Procedure

The Director of the Enforcement Department shall deposit with the said Department the final distribution list showing what is due to each creditor. Deposit shall take place within ten days of expiry of the time limit for bringing a challenge action if none is brought, or of receipt by the Enforcement Department of a copy of the judgment rendered therein if one is brought. This list shall be drawn up on the basis of the provisional list, or on its basis together with the requirements of the judgment rendered on the challenge, as the case may be. In all cases, the Director of the Enforcement Department shall order delivery of payment orders drawn on the Department's treasury and cancellation of registrations, whether relating to debts included in the list or debts not reached by the distribution.
