Article 290 of Code of Civil Procedure

The enforcement officer shall notify the person obliged to vacate the real property of the day and time at which he will execute the eviction, at least three days before the specified day. At the appointed time, he shall place the applicant in possession of the real property. If the said real property contains movables that are not required to be delivered to the eviction applicant and their owner does not remove them immediately, Law Index 668 Home Page Procedure Law Decree-Law No. 38 of 1980 Promulgating the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law the enforcement officer shall entrust their custody at the same place to the applicant or move them to another place if the applicant does not agree to custody. If those movables are under attachment or custody, the enforcement officer shall notify the creditor at whose request the attachment or custody was imposed. In both cases, the enforcement officer shall refer the matter to the Director of the Enforcement Department to take whatever measures he considers necessary to preserve the rights of the interested parties. The enforcement officer shall draw up a record stating the enforcement instrument, the date of its service, a description of the real property subject to eviction and the movables not required to be delivered to the applicant, and the measure taken concerning them.
