English translation
A tender not followed by a deposit shall not be adjudged valid unless the thing tendered and the ancillary amounts accrued up to the day of deposit have been deposited. Together with the validity of the tender, the court shall adjudge the debtor discharged as of the day of tender.

لا يحكم بصحة العرض الذي لم يعقبه ايداع الا إذا تم ايداع المعروض والملحقات
التي استحقت لغاية يوم الايداع وتحكم المحكمة مع صحة العرض ببراءة ذمة
