English translation
Actual tender may be made at the hearing before the court without formalities if the person to whom the tender is made is present. If the subject of the tender is money or other things that can be transported and deposited in the treasury of the Enforcement Department, and the person to whom the tender is made refuses them, they shall be delivered to the hearing clerk for deposit in that treasury. The deposit record shall set out what was recorded in the hearing minutes concerning the tender and its refusal. If the subject of the tender at the hearing is something other than that mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the tenderer shall request the court to appoint a custodian over it. The judgment appointing the custodian shall not be subject to appeal. The tenderer may immediately request as to the validity of the tender.

يجوز العرض الحقيقي في الجلسة امام المحكمة بدون اجراءات إذا كان من وجه
اليه العرض حاضرا.
وإذا كان المعروض نقودا او اشياء اخرى مما يمكن نقلها وايداعها خزانة ادارة التنفيذ
ورفضها من وجه اليه العرض وجب تسليمها لكاتب الجلسة لا يداعها تلك الخزانة
ويثبت في محضر الايداع ما اثبت في محضر الجلسة خاصا بالعرض ورفضه.
وإذا كان المعروض في الجلسة شيئا غير ما ذكر في الفقرة السابقة، تعين على العارض
ان يطلب الى المحكمة تعيين حارس عليه، ولا يقبل الطعن في الحكم الصادر بتعيين
الحارس.
وللعارض ان يطلب على الفور بصحة العرض.Ask about this article
