English translation
Formal tender shall be effected by serving notice on the creditor through a process server. The tender shall include a statement of its conditions, the thing tendered, and its acceptance or rejection. If the thing tendered is such that it cannot be delivered to the creditor at his domicile or place of work, or cannot readily be transported except with difficulty, merely calling upon the creditor through a process server shall suffice to constitute formal tender thereof.

يحصل العرض الحقيقي باعلان الدائن على يد أحد مندوبي الاعلان ويشتمل العرض
على بيان شروطه والشيء المعروض وقبوله او رفضه وإذا كان المعروض مما لا يمكن
تسليمه للدائن في موطنه او محل عمله او مما لا يتيسر نقله الا بمشقة فيكفي في
عرضه عرضا حقيقيا مجرد تكليف الدائن على يد أحد مندوبي الاعلان.Ask about this article
