English translation
The order issued for the imprisonment of the debtor shall lapse in the following cases: 1 - If the creditor agrees in writing to the discharge of the order. 2 - If, for any reason, the debtor's obligation for the enforcement of which that order was issued is extinguished. 3 - If any condition required for an order of imprisonment ceases to be satisfied, or an impediment to its issuance arises. )4(

يسقط الأمر الصادر بحبس المدين في الاحوال الآتية :
١ - اذا وافق الدائن كتابة على اسقاط الأمر.
2 - اذا انقضى، لأي سبب من الاسباب التزام المدين الذي صدر ذلك الأمر لاقتضائه.
3 - اذا سقط أي شرط من الشروط اللازم توافرها للأمر بالحبس أو تحقق مانع من
