Article 300 of Code of Civil Procedure

If the tender is refused and what is tendered is money or other things that can be moved and deposited in the treasury of the Enforcement Department, the process server shall deposit them in that treasury no later than the following day. The process server shall serve the creditor with a copy of the deposit record within three days of its date. If what is tendered is something other than what is mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the process server shall petition the judge of interim matters for permission to deposit it at the place designated by the judge, if the thing can be moved without hardship. If it is intended to remain where it is or cannot be moved without hardship, he shall request the said judge to place it under custodianship. If what is tendered is rapidly perishable or entails exorbitant expenses for its deposit or custodianship, the debtor or process server may request the said judge to sell it by public auction and deposit the price in the treasury of the Enforcement Department. If it has a known market price or is traded on exchanges, it may not be sold by auction unless sale by private negotiation at the known price proves impossible.
