English translation
If the plaintiff and the defendant appear before the court of their own accord and present their dispute to it, the court may hear the action immediately and decide it if possible; otherwise, it shall set another hearing for it. The court clerk shall complete the procedures for entering the case in the register after collecting the fee.

إذا حضر المدعي والمدعى عليه أمام المحكمة من تلقاء نفسيهما وعرضا عليها نزاعهما
فللمحكمة أن تسمع الدعوى في الحال وتفصل فيها إن أمكن وإلا حددت لها جلسة
أخرى. وعلى كاتب المحكمة أن يستوفي إجراءات قيد القضية بالجدول بعد تحصيل
