English translation
Maintaining order at and managing the hearing are entrusted to its presiding judge, who shall direct questions to the litigants and witnesses. The members sitting with him may request him to direct such questions as they consider appropriate. The presiding judge may remove from the courtroom anyone who disrupts order. If that person does not comply, the court may immediately sentence him to twenty-four hours' imprisonment or fine him one hundred dinars, and its judgment in that regard shall be final. If the disruption is committed by a person performing a function at the court, the court may, while the hearing is in session, impose such disciplinary penalties as the administrative superior is empowered to impose. The court may, at any time before the end of the hearing, revoke the judgment it issues pursuant to the two preceding paragraphs.

ضبط الجلسة وإدارتها منوطان برئيسها، وهو الذي يتولى توجيه الأسئلة إلى الخصوم
والشهود، وللأعضاء الجالسين معه أن يطلبوا منه توجيه ما يرون توجيهه من أسئلة.
ولرئيس الجلسة أن يخرج من القاعة من يخل بالنظام، فان لم يمتثل كان للمحكمة أن
تحكم على الفور بحبسه أربعاً وعشرين ساعة أو بتغريمه مائة دينار ويكون حكمها
بذلك نهائياً.
فإذا كان الإخلال قد وقع ممن يؤدون وظيفة في المحكمة كان لها أن توقع أثناء انعقاد
الجلسة ما للرئيس الإداري توقيعه من الجزاءات التأديبية.
وللمحكمة إلى ما قبل انتهاء الجلسة أن ترجع عن الحكم الذي تصدره بناء على
