English translation
The hearing shall be public unless the court, of its own motion or at the request of one of the parties, considers that it should be conducted in private to preserve public order, out of regard for morals, or for the sanctity of the family. (1)

تكون المرافعة علنية إلا إذا رأت المحكمة من تلقاء نفسها أو بناء على طلب أحد
الخصوم إجراءها سراً محافظة على النظام العام أو مراعاة للآداب أو لحرمة الأسرة.
