Article 69 of Code of Civil Procedure

If either party to the litigation submits a document that he could have submitted within the time limits prescribed in Article )46(, and this results in postponement of the determination of the case, and there is no other reason for its postponement, the court shall impose upon him a fine of not less than fifty dinars and not exceeding one hundred and fifty dinars. The court may, if the party submits the document that is the subject of the imposition of the fine, relieve him of it. Nevertheless, either party may submit documents in response to his opponent's defence, pleas, or incidental claims. )2(
