English translation
In cases involving the application of foreign law, the court may require the litigants to submit the provisions on which they rely, accompanied by an official translation from the Ministry of Justice or a translation from the body designated by the court. If a litigant submits documents drawn up in a foreign language, he must attach an official translation, an unofficial translation to which his opponent does not object, or a translation from the body designated by the court. In all cases, the court may require the litigants to submit an official translation.
