English translation
The parties may, at any stage of the action, request the court to record any settlement or other agreement they have reached in the hearing minutes, to be signed by them or their agents. If they have written down what they agreed, the written agreement shall be attached to the hearing minutes and its contents recorded therein. In both cases, the hearing minutes shall have the force of a writ of execution, and a copy thereof shall be provided in accordance with the rules prescribed for delivery of copies of judgments.

للخصوم أن يطلبوا إلى المحكمة في أية حالة تكون عليها الدعوى، إثبات ما اتفقوا
عليه من صلح أو أي اتفاق آخر في محضر الجلسة ويوقع عليه منهم أو من وكلائهم.
فإذا كانوا قد كتبوا ما اتفقوا عليه ، ألحق الاتفاق المكتوب بمحضر الجلسة وأثبت
محتواه فيه. ويكون لمحضر الجلسة في الحالين قوة السند التنفيذي، وتعطى صورته
