English translation
A decision of the Minister of Justice shall specify the procedures to be followed by court employees in implementing court decisions, and the disciplinary sanctions and penalties imposed upon their violation of those procedures, provided that the penalty does not exceed a fine of two hundred dinars.

تحــدد بقــرار مــن وزيــر العــدل الإجــراءات التــي يتبعهــا موظفــو المحاكــم لتنفيــذ قــرارات
المحكمــة والجــزاءات التأديبيــة والعقوبــات التــي توقــع عنــد مخالفتهــم تلــك الإجــراءات
