Article 77 of Code of Civil Procedure

A plea to refer the action to another court on grounds of connection, a plea of nullity unrelated to public order, and all other procedural pleas unrelated to public order must be raised together before any other procedural plea, application or defence in the action, or plea of inadmissibility is raised; otherwise, the right to raise those not raised shall lapse. The appellant's right to these pleas shall also lapse if he does not raise them in the statement of appeal. All grounds upon which a procedural plea unrelated to public order is based must be raised together; otherwise, the right to raise those not raised shall lapse.
