Article 8 of Code of Civil Procedure

Every notice of service must include the following particulars, otherwise it shall be void: a- The date, specifying the day, month, year and hour at which service took place. b- The full name of the person requesting service, his occupation or position, his domicile or elected domicile, and the email or electronic means of communication used for service, and the full name, occupation or position and domicile of the person he represents, if he is acting for another. c - The full name of the person to be served, his occupation or position, domicile, workplace and email address; if his domicile or workplace is unknown at the time of service, his last domicile, place of residence or workplace in Kuwait or abroad. d- The full name of the person effecting service, his position, the body to which he belongs, and his signature on both the original and the copy. e - The subject matter of the notice. f- The full name of the person to whom the notice was delivered—if it is on paper—and his signature on the original acknowledging delivery. )2(
