Without prejudice to the conditions set out in the preceding Article, if the licence holder wishes to terminate or suspend the activity of the printing press or licensed establishment, or change its name or premises, he must notify the competent Ministry thereof. مع عدم الإخلال بالشروط الواردة في المادة السابقة، إذا رغب صاحب الترخيص في
إنهاء أو تعطيل نشاط المطبعة أو المحل المرخص فيه أو تغيير اسمه أو مقره، فيجب
عليه إخطار الوزارة المختصة بذلك.
