English translation
Publications arriving from abroad may be brought in after the importer notifies the Ministry of his name, an address, the author's name and the number of imported copies. The importer shall deposit a copy of the publication with the competent Ministry before circulation. The importer shall be considered responsible in the event of a violation of any provision of this Law and shall be punished in accordance with its provisions.

يجوز إدخال المطبوعات الواردة من الخارج بعد أن يخطر المستورد الوزارة باسمه
وعنوان واسم المؤلف وعدد النسخ المستوردة، وعلى المستورد أن يودع نسخة من
المطبوع لدي الوزارة المختصة قبل التداول، ويعتبر المستورد مسئولا في حالة مخالفة أي
