The licence holder may assign it to another after obtaining prior written approval from the competent Ministry, in accordance with the conditions and procedures to be issued by a decision of the Minister. If the licence holder dies, his heirs may request transfer of the licence to them, provided that one of them is responsible for management and meets the conditions prescribed in Article 3. They may also request transfer of the licences to another person who meets these conditions, after approval by the competent Ministry within six months from the date of after approval by the competent Ministry within six months from the date of death; otherwise, the licence shall be deemed terminated.
