English translation
The data accompanying a document or record whose purpose is to facilitate its transmission or receipt need not satisfy the conditions contained in the preceding Article. Any person may use the services of another person licensed to retain or retrieve documents and data if the law requires their retention, provided that the conditions contained in the preceding Article are satisfied. The provisions of that Article shall not prejudice the provisions of other laws or any special procedures prescribed by government entities for retaining documents.

لا يلــزم أن تتوافــر في البيانــات المرافقــة للمســتند أو الســجل التــي يكــون الغــرض منهــا
تســهيل إرســاله أو تســلمه الشروط الــواردة بــالمادة الســابقة.
ويجــوز لأي شــخص أن يســتعين بخدمات شــخص آخــر مرخص له في حفظ المســتندات
والبيانــات أو اســترجاعها إذا تطلــب القانــون حفظهــا بــشرط توافــر الــشروط الــواردة في
المادة السابقة.
ولا تخــل أحــكام تلــك المادة بأحــكام القــوانين الأخــرى أو بما تقــرره الجهــات الحكوميــة
مــن اتبــاع إجــراءات خاصــة للاحتفــاظ بالمســتندات.Ask about this article
