Article 8 of Electronic Transactions Law

Contracts may be concluded between automated electronic systems comprising two or more electronic data systems prepared and programmed in advance to perform such tasks. The contract shall be valid, enforceable and productive of its legal effects whenever its conditions are fulfilled and those systems perform their functions in the required manner, notwithstanding the absence of personal or direct intervention by any natural person in the process of concluding the contract. A legal act may also be effected between an electronic system belonging to a natural or legal person and a natural person if the latter knows or is presumed to know that the system will undertake the task of completing the legal act.
