Article 6 of Electronic Transactions Law

A paper copy of an electronic document or record shall constitute evidence against everyone before the judiciary in the case of an official document, and evidence against the person to whom the electronic signature thereon is attributed in the case of a private document, to the extent that each conforms to the original document, provided that the electronic document or record and the electronic signature exist on the electronic medium in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 19 and 20 of this Law.
