Article 21 of Electronic Transactions Law

The signatory shall observe the following matters: 1 - Exercise a reasonable degree of care and precaution to prevent third parties from unlawfully using his signature device and data. 2 - Promptly and without delay notify the competent authority and the persons concerned whenever he has sufficient evidence that his electronic signature has been subjected to unlawful use. 5 - Exercise the care of a prudent person in using the electronic certification certificate, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all material data he provides that are relevant to that certificate throughout its period of validity.
