Article 23 of Electronic Transactions Law

The Public Authority for Civil Information shall, in coordination with the competent authority, supervise the construction, design and management of the infrastructure for both electronic certification and electronic signatures for the State of Kuwait. Entities authorized under the preceding Article of this Law shall connect and coordinate with the Public Authority for Civil Information in accordance with the controls and conditions laid down by the Public Authority for Civil Information in coordination with the competent authorities in this regard.
