Article 25 of Electronic Transactions Law

The competent authority may, at any time and in the event of any violations, issue a decision revoking the licence or withdrawing the accreditation granted to the foreign entity to issue electronic certification certificates, or suspending the validity of either until the causes of the violation are removed, particularly in the following 2 cases: 1 - Violation of the conditions of the licence or accreditation. 2- Loss of any of the conditions or guarantees on the basis of which the licence or accreditation was issued. This shall be in accordance with the procedures and rules set out in the Executive Regulations of this Law. Chapter Five Government Use of Electronic Documents and Signatures
