English translation
The transfer of money by electronic means shall be considered an acceptable means of making payment, and this Law shall not in any manner whatsoever affect the rights of third parties established under the laws or any other agreements.

القانون بأي صورة كانت على حقوق الغير المقررة بمقتضى القوانين أو أية اتفاقات
