Article 26 of Electronic Transactions Law

Without prejudice to any provision contained in another law, any government entity may, in exercising its functions, do the following: 1- Accept the deposit or submission of documents, or create or retain them in the form of electronic documents or records. Issue any permit, licence, decision, or approval in the form of electronic documents or records. h- Accept fees or any other payments electronically. 8- Invite government tenders of any kind and receive them electronically.
