Article 27 of Electronic Transactions Law

If any government entity decides to perform any of the tasks mentioned in the preceding article in an Law Index 577 Home Page Electronic Transactions Law Law No. 20 of 2014 Concerning Electronic Transactions electronic manner, it may specify the following: 1- The method or form by which those electronic documents shall be created, deposited, retained, submitted or issued, provided that this does not conflict with the provisions prescribed concerning data privacy and protection. 2- The method, manner, means and procedures by which tenders are invited and received. 5- The type of electronic signature required. 8- The method and form by which that signature shall be affixed to the electronic document or record, and the standard that must be met by the certification service provider to whom the document or record is submitted for retention or deposit, within the limits of the standards and specifications determined by the competent authority pursuant to Article 22 of this Law and its Executive Regulations. e- Appropriate control operations and procedures to ensure the integrity, security and confidentiality of electronic documents and records, payments or fees. f- Any other characteristics, conditions or provisions prescribed for transmitting paper documents, in accordance with what is set out in the Executive Regulations of this Law. Chapter Six Electronic Payment
