Article 29 of Electronic Transactions Law

Every financial institution conducting electronic payment business in accordance with the provisions of this Law, its Executive Regulations and the regulations issued pursuant thereto must comply with the following: 1- Adherence to the provisions of Law No. 32 of 1968 concerning Currency, the Central Bank of Kuwait and the Regulation of the Banking Profession, other laws and instructions issued in this regard, as well as Law No. 106 of 2013 concerning Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing. 2- Taking measures sufficient to provide secure services to customers and preserve banking confidentiality in accordance with the legal standards followed in this regard.
