Article 31 of Electronic Transactions Law

The Central Bank shall issue to the banking and financial institutions subject to its supervision the instructions necessary to regulate electronic payment of funds, including approval of electronic payment methods, the consequences of an entry resulting from an unlawful transfer, procedures for correcting errors and disclosing data, and any other matters relating to electronic banking operations, including the data that financial institutions are required to supply to it, in accordance with the law.
