If it becomes apparent to the specialists at the Child Protection Centre that the child's health condition requires him to remain in hospital, and his parents, the person responsible for his care or persons of equivalent status refuse this, the aforementioned specialists must take the necessary action for him to remain in hospital, in coordination with the competent authorities and in accordance with the procedures prescribed by law.

إذا تبين للمختصين في مركز حماية الطفل أن الحالة الصحية للطفل تستوجب
إبقاءه في المستشفى ، ورفض والداه أو متولي رعايته أو من في حكمهم ذلك
وجب على المختصين المشار إليهم اتخاذ ما يلزم لبقائه في المستشفى بالتنسيق
