English translation
Without prejudice to any more severe penalty prescribed by another law, any person who prevents a child from being enabled to obtain his rights set out in Articles (3) and (6) of this Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine of not less than two thousand Kuwaiti dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

مع عدم الإخلال بأي عقوبة أشد ينص عليها قانون آخر ، يعاقب بالحبس
مدة لا تتجاوز سنة وبغرامة لا تقل عن ألفي دينار كويتي أو بإحدى هاتين
