English translation
Without prejudice to any more severe penalty prescribed by another law, anyone who intentionally makes an incorrect statement concerning any particulars that the law requires to be stated when notifying a birth shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine of not less than one hundred dinars and not more than five hundred dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

دون الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد نص عليها قانون آخر ، يعاقب بالحبس مدة
لا تزيد على سنة وبغرامة لا تقل عن مائة دينار ولا تزيد على خمسمائة دينار أو
بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل من أدلى عمداً ببيان غير صحيح من البيانات التي
