English translation
Without prejudice to any more severe penalty prescribed by another law, any guardian, custodian or person legally entrusted with caring for a child who fails to take the initiative to immunize him with inoculations, sera and vaccines against infectious diseases and childhood diseases in accordance with the regulations and instructions issued by the competent medical authorities shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months and a fine not exceeding one thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

مع عدم الإخلال بأي عقوبة أشد ينص عليها قانون آخر ، يعاقب بالحبس
مدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر وغرامة لا تزيد على ألف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين
العقوبتين كل ولي أمر أو وصي أو مكلف قانوناً برعاية الطفل لم يبادر إلى تحصينه
بالطعوم والأمصال واللقاحات ضد الأمراض المعدية وأمراض الطفولة وفقاً
