English translation
Anyone who violates the provisions of Article (53) of this Law shall be punished by a fine of not less than two hundred dinars and not more than five hundred dinars. The fine shall be multiplied by the number of workers in respect of whom the violation occurred, and in the event of recidivism the punishment shall be increased by an equivalent amount.

يعاقب كل من يخالف أحكام المادة (٥٣) من هذا القانون بغرامة لا تقل عن
مائتي دينار ولا تزيد على خمسمائة دينار .
وتتعدد الغرامة بتعدد العمال الذين وقعت في شأنهم المخالفة ، وفي حالة العود
