English translation
Without prejudice to any more severe penalty provided for by another law, anyone who violates any provision of Article No. (24) shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months and a fine not exceeding five thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties. In all cases, confiscation of the foodstuffs, containers and advertising tools that are the subject of the offence shall be ordered.

مع عدم الإخلال بأي عقوبة أشد ينص عليها قانون آخر ، يعاقب كل من
خالف أي حكم من أحكام المادة رقم ( ٢٤ ) بالحبس لمدة لا تزيد على ستة
أشهر وبغرامة لا تزيد على خمسة آلاف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين . وفي
جميع الأحوال يحكم بمصادرة المواد الغذائية والأوعية وأدوات الإعلان موضوع
