English translation
The use of the devices and means stipulated in Article (64) for persons without disabilities without justification is prohibited. يحظر استخدام الأجهزة والوسائل المنصوص عليها في المادة (٦٤) لغير ذي الإعاقة
دون مقتضى ، ويعاقب على مخالفة ذلك بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة وغرامة لا
تقل عن مائتي دينار ولا تجاوز الخمسة آلاف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين
