English translation
Anyone who grants a child a licence to drive any motor vehicle shall be punished for violating Article (72) by a fine of not less than one hundred dinars and not more than five hundred dinars.

يعاقب على مخالفة أحكام المادة (۷۲) بالغرامة التي لا تقل عن مائة دينار ولا
