English translation
Whoever rents a motor vehicle to a child or enables him in any way to drive one shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months and a fine of not less than 500 dinars and not more than 3,000 dinars, or by either of these 2 penalties. The court may suspend the vehicle licence for a period not exceeding 3 months and suspend the licence of the premises designated for rental for the same period. In the event of recidivism, a judgment must be issued revoking the licence of the premises or closing them if they are unlicensed.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاثة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسمائة دينار
ولا تزيد عن ثلاثة آلاف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل مـن أجـر للطفل
أو مكنه على أي نحو من قيادة مركبة آلية ، ويجوز للمحكمة إيقاف رخصة
المركبة لمدة لا تزيد على ثلاثة أشهر ، وإيقاف رخصة المكان المخصص للتأجير
لذات المدة ، وفي حالة العود يجب الحكم بإلغاء رخصة المكان أو غلقه إن لم
