Article 92 of Child Rights Law

Without prejudice to any more severe penalty provided for by another law, anyone who publishes or broadcasts, through any media outlet, any information or data, or any drawings or images relating to the identity of a child while his case is being presented to the authorities concerned with children at risk or in conflict with the law shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten thousand Kuwaiti dinars and not exceeding fifty thousand dinars.
