English translation
Without prejudice to any more severe penalty prescribed by another law, imprisonment for a term Law Index 373 Home Page Child Rights Law Law No. 21 of 2015 concerning Child Rights not exceeding one year and a monetary fine not exceeding two thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties, shall be imposed on anyone who practises against a child any form of violence, psychological abuse, neglect, cruelty or exploitation.

مع عدم الإخلال بأي عقوبة أشد ينص عليها قانون آخر ، يعاقب بالحبس مدة
لا تتجاوز سنه وبغرامة مالية لا تتجاوز ألفي دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل
