English translation
It is prohibited to publish, display or circulate any publications or visual, audio or electronic artistic works intended for children that appeal to their base instincts, make behaviour contrary to society's values attractive to them or are likely to encourage them towards delinquency. Violation of this prohibition shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding five thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

يحظر نشر أو عرض أو تداول أي مطبوعات أو مصنفات فنية مرئية أو مسموعة
أو الكترونية خاصة بالطفل تخاطب غرائزه الدنيا ، أو تزين له السلوكيات
المخالفة لقيم المجتمع أو يكون من شأنها تشجيعه على الانحراف ، ويعاقب على
مخالفة هذا الحظر بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة والغرامة التي لا تجاوز خمسة
